I've been trying to find things to blog about. And....... I Can't.
It's like, I sit down, in front of the computer and all thoughts escape me. I think of the most perfect things to write about while in the shower or washing the dishes and once that water turns off or that curtain opens it all disappears, flees my mind, blank thoughts. yada yada yada....
I also believe that I can't think of anything to say is because I'm SHY. I've not let any of my friends (except Ashley Marie @ Chickadette.com xoxo) even know I have a "BLOG". Why would they want to read anything I have to say anyways? I'm not funny, I don't really have anything important to say, and I feel as though I am boring.
No one wants to read boring.
No one wants to read boring.
I have been very negative lately. And I can't figure out why. My husband was telling me today that I look at things wrong. Before today, I would have thought that I was a pretty positive person, and I believe that I am most the time, but today I needed to be more positive. So....... here is to being more positive!
I really want to be a stay at home mom. I envy those of you who are truly blessed to have the opportunity to stay at home with your children. This is something that I am so passionate about. Why would you want someone else taking care of your children when it could be you? However, I know every family is not financially able to have only one working parent, or some are single parents just struggling to stay afloat.
(This is where my positive vibes comes in!) My husband is working 2 jobs at the present, he works 40 hours a week at his normal job, and as many hours a week as he can at his new, from home business... his buying and selling houses business. Not real estate, wholesale.
He's done a deal, so we know it works. We just have to have the time, resources and money to make it profitable. And we will! (see positive!) And I need to have the forethought to keep my husband motivated. This is what is going to get me to be able to stay home, with both my babes (that's the Husby and the Baby). Our intentional goal is for him to be able to make enough from his deals to support us; he will be working from home, and me a stay at home mom.
It can work, we've seen it work for others, so it WILL work for us!
Anyway~ Thanks for reading!
Lol I'm the same way about my blog, maybe 5 friends know about. I just start thinking of every stupid thing I've ever written about and get all shivery about linking it up to my facebook lol. My husband is threatening to out me soon though :o
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean...I haven't shared my blog with any real life friends either. I guess I like to compartmentalize my "selves," lol. My family does read it!
ReplyDeleteI also feel ya on the staying home thing....sometimes I'd like to do that too. I'm a teacher, so it's a bit of the best of both worlds. My husband is going through a career change, starting a company and it's not so...lucrative yet. So I am trying to stay positive too!
I'm a new follower! Came over from the chickadette linkup!
Are you kidding me!? You have awesome things to write about! What got me focused is figuring out what I wanted to do and doing it... and then writing about it. And joining themed blog link ups that require you to do stuff. Lol, like my outfit posts or DIY stuff. "Needing" to write about something "makes" me go do it and then gives me something to write about. Or just anytime I realize I really really like something I write about it. Like music. If you were boring, I couldn't imagine our friendship would have lasted this long! You could always go the 'journal' route depending on how open you want to be online!
ReplyDeleteYour awesome! Thanks! XOXO!
